Start your Saturday off right with yoga in the Indiana Dunes National Park! In this all levels class, we will move through a playful sequence of asanas (poses), linking breath to movement to release tension and cultivate spaciousness in the body and mind. Let the ebb and flow of Lake Michigan inspire you to ride the waves of life with greater ease and joy. All classes are appropriate for beginner and experienced yoga students alike.
Saturday morning classes take place at Central Avenue Beach which is located one mile north of the intersection of Central Avenue and U.S. Highway 12 in the Indiana Dunes National Park. There is a large public parking lot, and all beach-goers need to purchase entry to the Indiana Dunes National Park (see Fees & Passes - Indiana Dunes National Park (U.S. National Park Service) (nps.gov) for details and to pay your entrance fee or better yet, to secure your annual pass!). I set up near to where you climb down the sand from the parking lot to get to the water’s edge and am easy to find.
Pre-registration is requested by 8:30 a.m. the day of class or just show up on the sand that morning!
