Yoga & Brunch at the Beach

Join Sandy Pause Yoga and Dig the Dunes for a Sunday Funday on October 17! Saunter into your Sunday with a playful, beach-themed yoga class. In this all levels class, we will flow through a series of shapes and stretches to release tension and restore ourselves to ease in our breath and our bodies. This class is appropriate for brand new yoga students and more seasoned yogis alike. After class, sit back and relax in the beautiful beachside Portage Lakefront Pavilion and enjoy a light brunch of fruit, cheeses, muffins and mimosas. (Non alcoholic drinks will also be available). Advance registration is required for this event, and students will need to sign a waiver at the pavilion before class begins.
