Rise and shine your way into your Saturday with this 30 minute all levels vinyasa yoga class. Each week we will focus on stretching and strengthening different parts of the body to release tension and cultivate spaciousness and enhanced mobility. We will start with 5 minutes of warm-up before our movement practice linking breath and poses (asanas). Each class will conclude with savasana (our resting pose) and seated meditation. These short, focused practices will get you right into your body and your breath, and are a great way to jumpstart your Saturday. By practicing together and sharing time on our mats and with our breath, we join a global community (sangha) of yogis.
Registration: Email sandypauseyoga@gmail.com by 7:30 a.m. the morning of class to register. All students must sign a waiver in order to participate in class, waivers will be sent via e-mail and should be returned before class starts at 8:00 a.m.
Cost: These are donation classes with a suggested donation of $5-$15 per class, and any donation is gratefully received.
