In this all levels class, we will move mindfully through a sequence of asanas (poses) to cultivate balance between flexibility and strength, movement and stillness, and effort and ease. By harnessing and lingering in the breath, we energize prana (vital energy) and flow through a moving meditation with curiosity and compassion. Class will conclude with a luxurious savasana (resting pose) to cultivate self-care. By practicing together and sharing time on our mats and with our breath, we join a global community (sangha) of yogis.
*I’ll be coming to you live from Key Largo, Florida and will be performing an as-yet undetermined sequence of asanas that will include me cannonballing it into my parent’s small pool for your post savasana amusement.
