It's that time of year when we "fall back" and transition into a season of rest. The end of daylight saving time on Sunday and resultant changes in our body's circadian rhythms invites us to gently stimulate our energy (prana) and prepare ourselves for shorter days & longer nights through mindful movement, pranayama (breathwork), crystal sound bowl and koshi chime healing, and a luxurious savasana (resting pose) to soak it all in. Join me to slip into your Sunday evening with a relaxing slow flow yoga class from the comfort of your home and BYO anything that brings you comfort, including a cup of tea, fleece PJs, furry slippers and maybe furry friends too.
