By linking our breath to our movement through varied shapes and stretches, we plant ourselves in the rich soil of our mind-body connection and explore opening to our life experiences, on and off the yoga mat. In this all levels class, we will move through a sequence of asanas (poses) to cultivate strength, flexibility, and a deeply restorative opening and easing of our bodies and our minds. Class will conclude with a luxurious savasana (resting pose) for self-care. Each week, I include either the sounds of silence, acoustic music, or crystal bowl sound healing to accompany us in savasana at the end of class.
Individual classes are $15 and payment can be sent via Venmo to SandyPauseYoga. See “Pricing and Packages” page for additional information. All classes are listed in central (DST) time. Advance registration is required. Please email sandypauseyoga@gmail.com to register.
