Pause for Paws- A Great Cause!

Join Sandy Pause Yoga for a fun and gentle farm-inspired yoga flow event at Paws for Humanity in Three Oaks, Michigan on Saturday, September 17th at 3:00 p.m. central/ 4:00 p.m. eastern. This all levels yoga practice will help release tension and cultivate space and ease in our bodies and our minds. After class, enjoy a private tour of the animal sanctuary, meet the domestic and farm animals who live there-- including the cutest alpacas you've ever seen-- and learn about Paws' programs offering therapeutic and educational programs to kids and adults. This event is a fundraiser to support Paws for Humanity and their efforts to raise funds to build a barn to provide year-round programming. Gather your family and friends and join us to support this great organization whose mission is "People helping animals helping people." Paws for Humanity is located at 14671 Three Oaks Road in Three Oaks, MI 49128.

Yoga will run from 4-4:45 p.m. (EST), and then private tours of the animal sanctuary will take place from 4:45-5:30 p.m.(EST). Please bring a yoga or exercise mat plus a camera for selfies with your new animal friends. No yoga experience necessary to participate and benefit from our class together!
