Slow Flow Sundays at Goblin and the Grocer

Start your Sunday off right with a relaxing and rejuvenating slow flow yoga class. We will move through a sequence of asanas (poses), linking our breath to our movement to release tension and cultivate spaciousness, strength, and flexibility in our bodies. Post class mimosas are always a good idea and our friends at the Goblin and the Grocer will take great care of you if you’d like to linger for brunch.

These yoga classes are appropriate for beginner and experienced yoga students alike, and will take place on the restaurant’s beautiful terrace, weather permitting (rain location is the three seasons room inside the restaurant). The Goblin and the Grocer is located at 1 Dunes Highway in Beverly Shores, Indiana. The restaurant opens at 11 a.m. on Sundays and serves delicious food and drinks until 7 p.m. Visit goblinandthegrocer.com for additional information.
