“Silver Linings” Virtual Vinyasa Class
It has been a long, hard year around the globe, heartbreakingly so for many. It has also been a year of going outside, looking up, and trying to find some bit of silver lining in the shining edges of all these clouds as they are backlit by the sun or the moon. As we close out this year, we can practice letting go in our bodies and in our minds in a new way, in Buddhist spiritual teacher Jack Kornfield’s way which says that “To let go does not mean to get rid of. To let go means to let be. When we let be with compassion, things come and go on their own.” In this all levels yoga class, we will move through a series of asanas (poses) to play with changing how we see things through our physical practice, and to create space for the new year by practicing letting go and letting be. Class will conclude with a luxurious savasana (resting pose) to cultivate self-care.
Classes are $15 and payment can be sent via Venmo to SandyPauseYoga. All classes are listed in central (CST) time.
