In this all levels yoga class we will move through a sequence of asanas (poses) to cultivate strength and flexibility in our bodies, and stillness and ease in our minds. These classes will include special emphasis on harnessing and harboring in the breath to access deeper states of relaxation. Each class will conclude with a luxurious savasana (resting pose), followed by a 5-minute seated meditation, bringing a compassionate attentiveness and openness to this present moment as we practice the pause.
Individual classes are $15 and payment can be sent via Venmo to SandyPauseYoga. See “Pricing and Packages” page for additional information. All classes are listed in central (DST) time.
