"Glutes for the Climb" Virtual Vinyasa

“Glutes for the Climb” Virtual Vinyasa Class

I was inspired and invigorated by Poet Amanda Gorman’s “The Hill We Climb” poem, which she read at last week’s Presidential Inauguration.  Both her words, and her singular recitation of those words, moved me...and, got me thinking about all the hills and valleys of our world and of our lives.  Let’s meet on the mat for an all levels yoga class to help prepare us mentally and physically for those climbs.  We will move through a series of asanas (postures) to build strength in our legs and in our glutes, including the gluteus maximus, which is the largest muscle in our bodies and is central to our mobility.  Class will conclude with a luxurious savasana (resting pose) to cultivate self-care.

Classes are $15 and payment can be sent via Venmo to SandyPauseYoga. All classes are listed in central (CST) time.
