“Great Balancing Act” Virtual Vinyasa Class

This week’s class is dedicated to the incomparable Dr. Seuss, whose birthday is on March 2.  His rhymes and drawings continue to captivate children and adults alike, with truth and inspiration found in his writings urging us to speak for the trees and to celebrate the places we’ll go.  Let’s meet on our mats for this all levels class inspired by his guidance to “be sure when you step, step with care and great tact. And remember that life’s a great balancing act.”  We will move our bodies to release tension, build strength, and to practice finding, losing and returning to balance in our asanas (postures) and in our lives.  Class will conclude with soothing music and a luxurious savasana (resting pose) to cultivate self-care. 

Classes are $15 and payment can be sent via Venmo to SandyPauseYoga. All classes are listed in central (CST) time.
