“Cultivating Curiosity” Virtual Vinyasa Class
In addition to its many benefits including building strength and flexibility, our yoga practices offer infinite opportunities to cultivate curiosity about our physical body. By mindfully moving through a series of asanas (postures), we learn about our body’s mobility, flexibility, adaptability, and how oftentimes one side feels different from the other. Moving with the breath-- each inhale and each exhale— enables us to connect with our bodies in a new way, activating our intuitive wisdom of how to care for our bodies as we journey through the ages and stages of our lives. In this all levels yoga class, we will move curiously and compassionately through a practice that will connect us with the breath and with our own unique bodies. Class will conclude with a luxurious savasana (resting pose) to cultivate self-care.
Classes are $15 and payment can be sent via Venmo to SandyPauseYoga. All classes are listed in central (CST) time.
