The weekly Saturday Sangha morning class is moved to Sunday afternoon— special day and time just for this particular weekend.
“Trikonasanas and (Hot) Toddies” Sunday Sangha
In the spirit of the holidays and the adage that “sharing is caring,” I would like to tell you that I am in possession of The World’s Best Hot Toddy Recipe. I am both bragging, and, telling the truth here. I make the recipe once a year, in December, with a shot of dark rum. A Sunday afternoon practicing yoga with trikonasana (triangle) pose and enjoying a post-class hot toddy sounds like a well-balanced holi-day to me. This all levels yoga class will include a sequence of asanas (postures) to release tension and build strength and stability, and an emailed copy of my hot toddy recipe if you would like to have it. Class will include a pranayama (breathing) practice and a luxurious savasana at the end of class to cultivate self-care. By practicing together and sharing time on our mats and with our breath, we join a global community (sangha) of yogis.
Classes are $15 and payment can be sent via Venmo to SandyPauseYoga. All classes are listed in central (CST) time.
