“Breathe and Be” Virtual Vinyasa Class
In this all levels yoga class, we will flow through a series of asanas (postures) to encourage a gentle opening of the rib cage, thoracic spine and heart to create space for greater breath in our bodies. We will bring special attention to the quality of our breath in these asanas, and class will include dedicated moments to simply breathe and be, before class concludes with a luxurious savasana to cultivate self-care.
Classes are $15 and payment can be sent via Venmo to SandyPauseYoga. All classes are listed in central (CST) time.
